Protect your home year-round with preventative maintenance, priority service, and long-term exterior care from NextGen Exteriors. All plans are billed monthly with a 12-month membership commitment. Membership eligibility and pricing are subject to initial roof and exterior inspection. Membership plans are preventative maintenance programs and are not insurance policies or warranties.

Estimated Annual Member Value: $700+
Membership Credit Program:
Includes a $150 repair or installation credit upon enrollment. Credits may be applied toward qualifying roofing, siding, gutter, or exterior services performed by our company.
Credits increase by $50 for each active membership year, up to a maximum accumulated value of $500.
Minor Repairs Include:
• Pipe boot resealing
• Minor flashing resealing
• Nail pop repairs
• Sealant replacement
• Replacement of up to 5 standard asphalt shingles per service visit
Additional Information:
• Roofs exceeding 12/12 pitch or specialty roofing systems may require adjusted pricing
• Credits remain active only while membership remains active
• Membership plans require a 12-month commitment
• If canceled before the initial 12-month term, previously redeemed credits, inspections, cleanings, repairs, or services will be billed at standard non-member pricing
